£16,000 + bonuses + health care + pension REALISTIC Year 1 OTE (£20,000 - £23,000+)
Based in Windsor, Berkshire, Berks

Ideal candidates will have customer services or call centre advisor experience (for example: call centre staff, insurance advisor, financial advisor, claims advisor, customer services, banking job, building society jobs). You will have excellent verbal * written communication skills and have basic PC*computing competency. THIS IS A NON COLD-CALLING (IN-BOUND CUSTOMER SERVICES ROLE) WHERE YOU WILL BE ADVISING CLIENTS AND PROVIDING QUOTATIONS, DEALING WITH INBOUND QUERIES, SETTING UP POLICIES, DEVELOPING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, etc.
